About this house sitting position in Braidwood

We have three-bedroom house in the heart of Braidwood, NSW with our fur babies Honey
(1.5 year old golden retriever x lab) and Richard (11 year old cat).
Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a full-sized bath, reverse cycle air conditioner and a wood fireplace for the cool winter nights. There’s a laundry with a washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TVs for your downtime.
The fully fenced backyard has a covered outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ, wood fire pizza oven and outdoor seating.

We’re looking for someone who can care for our home and our sweet Golden Retriever/Labrador girl named Honey. She’s full of love, energy, and cuddles, and she gets along wonderfully with other dogs so happy for your dog to tag along. She’s still learning the ropes so we’re looking for someone patient, kind, and experienced with young dogs who enjoys a bit of playtime, walks, and lots of pats -Honey will be your best friend in no time!

Richard is our sweet 11-year-old cat who lives comfortably in his spacious cat house in the backyard, where he spends his days lounging and soaking up the sunshine. He has the gentlest nature and absolutely loves cuddles, always leaning in for affection and attention. Richard just needs a little extra care at the moment, with medical cream applied to his ear twice a day, and would really benefit from someone kind and patient to help keep him happy and healthy, and to spend a little time with him throughout the day, as he truly loves the company.

Braidwood is a vibrant country town known for its heritage architecture, great cafes, and creative community. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful rural life with everything you need just a short walk or drive away. For day trips, Canberra and Batemans Bay are both just an hour away, offering city conveniences and beautiful coastal escapes within easy reach.
