About this house sitting position in Bribie Island ( Bellara)

Beachfront home on Beautiful Bribie Island . We are Looking for special house sitters (couple/pair) who must love small dogs.
We would prefer a couple of active retirees , Non smokers, no pets, no children. Must be able to walk dogs.

Our home is located on Beautiful Bribie Island, 40m from airport .
Our gorgeous Hamptons style waterfront home overlooks Purmistone passage, and has exceptional views. You can watch the trawlers and boats from the covered deck. It has a Pool , movie room and internal lift.
The beachfront across the road has a 2m wide very flat path for walking along the beachfront. Cafes, rsl, restaurants, chemist, Dr, hairdresser all in easy walking distance. Fishing and swimming on the beachfront
House comes with internet

*****We have a attached granny unit with separate entrance. It is totally self contained which is occupied by a long term tenant a beautiful F76yo. Who is very easy going and knows our dogs well and can help if needed.

Our fur babies
Bundy Bear is a 10yo boy Maltese x poodle. (Boss dog and sensitive sook who is the needy one)
Miss Bubbles is a 10yo girl Shitzu x Maltese (little miss snuggler, sometimes fussy eater)
Baby Angel is a 8yo girl chi x . Angel is only 2.7kg , she is tiny, and does require help on and off lounge or bed and srairs, she is a very quiet very obedient and little adorable tiny baby.
All dogs are healthy and love their walks along the beachfront. House trained.
They require taking outside before bed and in the mornings for toliet, as Angel is too tiny to manage the stairs. Secure yard.
Dogs do bark at postie bike. And when visitors come.
Our dogs are use to us being home alot so they do require lots of company. They can not be left alone overnight unless arrangements are made prior.
ONlY those people house sitting are permitted to stay in the house, no parties
Lawn is a driveway strip and council strip , 5 mins mow with new Electric mower fortnightly. Pool mostly looks after itself, might need a few leaves scooped out on occasion.
