About this house sitting position in Brisbane, Grange

Hi, we are looking for a house and pet sitter for almost three weeks at the end of September for our home and pets. Our home is in the heart of Grange, near a local library, playground, shops and the Kedron Brook walkway. The house upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is a separate, but connected granny flat with two bedrooms, a bathroom and small kitchen and living. So a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Could suit a family who are looking to live somewhere during a reno. The pets are very kid-friendly.

We have two pets: 1 Labradoodle and 1 cat. Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to keep the pets company most of the time, particularly the dog. We normally work from home so he used to company. He can be alone for up to three hours per day. He loves walking down the Kedron Brook and playing in the enclosed backyard. The cat loves the occasional cuddle and is very easygoing. All food and pet requirements are provided. The house is located in a quiet street with lovely neighbours. The heated pool is professionally serviced but may need a scoop once or twice during the stay.
