The house is a 2 storey fully renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + 4th toilet.
We have a large backyard with pool and entertaining area + barbeque. Upstairs sunroom offers spectacular views.
We have 2 dogs and a cat who require feeding twice a day. Additional daily dog walks may be necessary.
Some pot plants may require a water twice a week.
The home is 6 km from Brisbane CBD and close to the motorway to access both Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Both within 1.25-1.5 hrs drive. Close to the airport also. (Approx 10 min drive)
