About this house sitting position in Brooklyn

I live on the Hawkesbury River in Brooklyn overlooking the water. I have three cats and three chooks, fish in ponds, a pool and a garden that all need looking after when I go away.
I am looking for a completely retired single or couple, non-smoking, police checked who love cats, have extensive experience looking after them and who have had homes of their own. I have no room to have a caravan on site and house sitters need to have a car for shopping. There are garden plants and pot plants that will need watering.
The house is very large and very comfortable and very easy t keep clean. The pool needs almost nothing done to it except cleaning the skimmer boxes about once a month. I have a boat shed and jetty if you are into fishing.
One absolute rule is that no visitors are allowed to come into my home when I am not there.
My neighbours are friendly and helpful and I always leave extensive notes for the house sitters. I am also always available to be contacted by email or
WhatsApp when I am away and I am happy to chat about any questions or issues that might come up. I like to hear how things are going every few days.
