Farm home on 43 acres rolling acres, pool, a/c, newly renovated, 20 minutes from world renowned Hunter Valley vineyards, beautiful Caesar bench, gas cook plate oven, dishwasher, new kitchen, 3 bedrooms views over stunning sugarloaf mountains, king bed in main and 2 queen rooms, en-suite and main bathrooms all newly renovated, huge soaking bath with wine ledge, polished floors, stone fireplace, covered screened pergola.. large garage/shed room for caravan undercover and cars, we have 2 cats and 3 border collie dogs and cockatoo that you would be required to feed and care for and chickens and ducks and goose. We would like animal loving person or persons so that our animals do not fret whilst we away from our family with also the view of minding again in Nov this year. Security electric gated property. Gardens are irrigated but may require some hand watering if dry. We have Angus cattle and one pony but would just mean keeping an eye over but we have an emergency contact for them if needed.
