About this house sitting position in BRUNSWICK WEST

Very comfortable ground level house with gas heater and lots of comfy space to chill. We have 13 cats to take care of at the moment. We know this seems excessive, but they are all from the same mum, except 1, and we find it such a joy we can't get rid of them yet. They are very well behaved and love cuddles and playtime. They entertain each other most of the time. It has been surprisingly easy to take care of them, even with the 6 litter boxes they share.
We will have a working spa by the time you'd come in. The mattress on our kingsize bed is phenomenal. We have a mellow-mat (memory foam mat) as a rug in the living and also a Kloudsac pouf (huge foam filled beanbag) big enough to sleep on.
We have a waterfilter for healthy drinking water. Supermarket is right across the street, village bakery around the corner as well as PT and some parks on 10 minutes walking distance. We are near the heart of Brunswick (10-15 minute walk) yet our place is pretty quiet.
We have a piano (untuned) and a few streaming services on a smart tv with a PS5 and plenty good games of a good variety suitable for couch-parties and playing by yourself.
We would have enough food for the cats ready which consists of raw meat and fish as well as grain free healthy dry food. We lay out portions of the meat and fish up to 3 times a day and keep their dry food filled up for the night. They come in and out at their own accord to feed.
We have a single bathroom and a rain shower with extra handheld showerhead. We have a washer and dryer. No dishwasher unfortunately. We also have an air purifier with a sleep mode that you can place wherever you are.
We mainly care about the cats, but would appreciate a moderately tidy home upon coming back from our trip to the Netherlands. Our garage can only fit a small car as it's quite full of stuff, but there is always enough parking on the street available or the parking lot of Union Square. If requested, we could free up the space so you can park your car safely inside.
We also have a bunch of plants we would very much like to see alive when we come back, most of them are pretty easy to take care of.
Our house has a front porch with chairs, a side porch with seating and washing lines, a backyard with the spa, orange, lemon, fig and olive trees as well as a passionflower/fruit vine and a bungalow that's also set up as a chill space and potential bedroom. We got heaps of good board-games as well so pretty well set up for hangouts with friends.
We have a few different bicycles that you may use as well.
The living room is North facing, so you would have the sun come in most of the day and the big pouf is situated in the sunniest spot, perfect for a sun baking sesh behind glass or a good afternoon nap.
We have plenty of good mood lighting around as well, some with different colours and a galaxy lamp with different colour settings as well.
Sitting our home would also grant you free entry to all events happening at Rubix Warehouse as we are the owners of that venue, which is a mere 10 minute walk from here as well. Read more...
