About this house sitting position in Bucasia

We are looking for a house sitter, Nov 14th-Dec 20th (with a day or so flexibility either side), about 20 mins drive north of Mackay, near the coast, close to Shoal Point. Our home is one level, 4-5 steps for front & back access, with enclosed back verandah. It is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, solar with batteries, timber floors, high ceilings and lead-lights. The house is a ten minute walk to the beach. There is a secure backyard, with some grass and garden. The front has a small amount of grass, and hedge. We are in a quiet street, and the immediate neighbours in our street are permanent residents. We require sitters who will be mostly at home. We have a de-sexed Fox Terrier (Winston) who is accustomed to people being around, we don't leave him for more than 3-4 hours as he'll sit by the window and watch for your return! We require watering and mowing, but neither are highly intensive. We prefer sitters not to bring any other pets into the house (can be negotiable), nor sitters with children. Also please, no parties in our house. For those caravanning, we do not have space for a caravan.
