CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS…. I live in a highrise on the 11th floor in Budds beach ocean and river views. It’s a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom unit, fans/aircon, newly renovated. Complex has pool/spa/sauna
My baby (who needs caring and looking after) is a 2year old Ragdoll cat Jax. He’s very easy and loves cuddles I brush him while he’s on my lap watching TV. He’s my world.
Very close to restaurants and cafes, Coles all walking distance (1block away) also 7 minutes walk to main beach
Tram station 1 block away handy to go to Burleigh Heads, Pacific Fair, or north, Helensvale. Fares cost .50 cents
Unit is North facing overlooking pool and tennis court.
I car space in garage underneath
So, looking for a mature single or couple who love walks and going out for coffee or a bite to eat.

I will be travelling Overseas so I need someone who is a definite and WILL NOT CANCEL on me
