About this house sitting position in Buderim

Hi Sitters,
We’re looking for a cat-loving SINGLE LADY only to look after our cutiful female Burmese cat Dolly during Easter 2026 from Good Friday 3 April to the afternoon of Easter Monday 6 April.
If you genuinely would like to spend Easter on the Sunshine Coast at our home looking after Dolly (easy care), we look forward to hearing from you🙂
Please do not apply if you are seeking a longer term sit - we have been disadvantaged at short notice by some sitters cancelling when they have accepted a longer term sit after committing to us☹️ Respect and trust needs to be mutual and we appreciate illness can be unexpected, that’s acceptable.

Sitter profile we are looking for:
SINGLE LADY only - 1 bedroom available. (unsuitable for couples, families, caravan/ motorhome travellers - do not apply, thanks).

Our Cat
1 pedigree Burmese cat to be fed, watered and litter changed. Well behaved and loves cuddles. Dolly is very easy care and everyone says she’s delightful - she’s very affectionate and loves being around female humans.

Our Home
Single storey modern home in leafy green Buderim on the Sunshine Coast with sub-tropical garden, RVC conditioning and fans, wifi. Pleasant, comfortable and private guest room has RVC aircon and fan - separate bathroom with corner bath.

Close to public transport, however own car would making getting around easier.

3 minute drive to Buderim Forest walk and waterfall. 7-10 minute drive to Buderim Village for shopping, local cafes and restaurants., Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland and Maroochydore beach hubs - beautiful beachside walks, glorious sunrises on the sea and great cafes and surf clubs and restaurants.

Local Woolworths supermarket and small shopping precinct at Mountain Creek 10 minutes walk.

Conveniences include DoorDash and UberEats reliably service this area.

Extras
Pot plants internal and external to be watered.
