About this house sitting position in Budgewoi

Our lovely home is directly on the lake at Budgewoi, on the Central coast of NSW - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan, big deck overlooking lake, carports, big garden with spa and garden swing. Very happy to share photos of our place.
We have 3 active dogs - a 10 year old Spoodle, Harry, a 9 year old medium Groodle, Billy and a 9 year old KC Cavalier, Lucy. They are our absolute priority. They will need a daily walk if weather permits! and company for some of the day. They are all really friendly, spoilt and loving.
We'd like a non smoking couple, who are active and retired (no children or pets) We live 10 minutes walk from an amazing dog beach and there's a walking path all the way around the lake which our home backs onto. Very quiet neighbour, all amenities and shops within walking distance close by. We have bikes and kayaks available.
We’re going on a cruise to Tahiti for 70th birthday celebration.

“Outstanding Sit with Julie, Richard, Harry, Billy & Lucy We had a fantastic 13-day house sit in Budgewoi NSW caring for Julie & Richards 3 dogs Harry, Billy & Lucy. From our initial online chats to meeting Julie and Richard in person, they made us feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. Their home was beautiful, had lovely views to enjoy in the evening with a quiet beverage, and was impeccably kept. The furry family—Harry, Billy, and Lucy—were an absolute delight. They are so easy and wonderfully well-trained to look after, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of their company. We especially appreciated the use of their car, which allowed us to take the three pups to the beach for some fun. We would happily sit for this family again! House is great, easy living, dogs are great and living by the lakes and near the ocean makes daily walks no problem at all.
