Recently renovated 2 storey Queenslander in quiet neighbourhood - close to public transport and walking distance to Bulimba’s Oxford St. Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms 1 main bathroom plus an ensuite, and large open plan kitchen living opening on to balcony.
Downstairs is a fully self contained 2 b/r unit which we operate as an Airbnb.
We would prefer a semi-retired person/couple like ourselves! Looking for a cat lover who loves cuddles and the company of a senior cat. Jake spends most of his day sleeping and only occasionally pokes his nose outside! (Never allowed outside after dark).
We are not looking for someone to just pop in and feed Jake - you must be able to stay in our home for the duration of our time away.
