Large gated family home on the outskirts of Bundaberg on a very quiet dead end street. We are on tank water and septic which require little to no maintenance. Attached granny flat is occupied by a close relative that has a friendly dog but will not be required to be looked after. Accommodation is provided with access to cinema, pool and games room. High speed NBN internet provided. Large lawn will not be required to be cut at this time of the year. Garage provided and hard stand for caravan if required. House required to be kept clean and tidy. Suit couples that would like to have a quiet month long stay to see the local area.
