About this house sitting position in Burleigh Heads

We’re looking for a caring, attentive, and experienced single woman (with references) to take care of our beloved cat, Nala, while we visit family over Christmas.

Nala is an easygoing girl who simply loves having someone home to keep her company. She doesn’t have any special needs – just a warm presence in the house. She’s a little shy at first, so she may prefer her own space until she warms up.

She’s fed a mix of wet and dry food, and we simply keep her bowls topped up. Other than that, she’s very low-maintenance and will happily do her own thing.

Our home is a beautiful, modern space right in the heart of Burleigh Heads. Stockland Shopping Centre is just a 5-minute walk away, and the famous James Street is about 15 minutes on foot or a 2 min drive. The beach is a 20-minute walk or less than a 5-minute drive. We have a magnesium pool, all the modern comforts, and we’re right next to a peaceful nature reserve...perfect for walks and unwinding.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate other pets or children, as Nala is quite shy. She’s also not used to men, so we’re looking specifically for a female sitter. Thank you so much for your understanding. Read more...
