Large guest bedroom with comfortable queen bed, lots of cupboard and drawer space. Spacious bathroom area and cosy lounge room.

Short easy walk to North Burleigh beach. Cafes, restaurant, bars, local shops, Miami Marketta, parks/dog park and lakeside (opposite).

Bus stop to Pacific Fair 2 doors down.

Beautiful 5yo golden Labrador. Rosie is gentle, affectionate, playful and sociable. She loves her daily walks and visits to the dog park, with swims in the warmer months. She stays in the outdoor area during the day, indoors at night, when home.

Watering of front and back gardens every few days. Indoor plants and patio watering twice a week.
