3 bedroom unit divided into 1 main bedroom, 1 office and 1 spare room with fold out divan,1 bathroom, small back yard, backs onto a nice park, great duplex neighbour, unit is in a cul-de-sac so very quiet. Café, restaurants, Bunnings, supermarket are all walking distance as is the closest bus stop. Very central to everything, 4 easy minutes to the M1.
I have 1dog which is a small Lhaso Apso/toy poodle cross. Main jobs are feeding and walking the dog,watering the small garden if needed and generally keeping an eye on things. Sorry but my back yard is too small to have house sitters with their own dogs.
