About this house sitting position in Buronga / Mildura

Our home is located on the Murray River in Buronga NSW, just over the bridge from Mildura Victoria. It is approximately 2kms from Mildura CBD.
We have 3 cats, Winston, Freckles lovely stray cats that decided to make us home , They live outside Winston very friendly and Freckles timid and shy.
It is beatiful living on the river.
Upstairs is completely self contained unit, previously used as a BnB, own kitchen, bedroom , lounge and bathroom and balcony.
Our third and original cat is Sybil Russian Blue inside cat.
We have a larg garden with watering system that also requires extra hand watering on very hot days,
