About this house sitting position in Burrum Heads

House Sitter Wanted – Burrum Heads QLD (3 Months – Start ASAP)

I am looking for an experienced and trustworthy house sitter to care for my modern holiday-style home, perfectly positioned just 100 metres from the beach in Burrum Heads, QLD.

The home is light-filled, well-maintained, and designed for relaxed coastal living, featuring a swimming pool and stunning ocean views—ideal for someone wanting a peaceful, lifestyle-based stay.

Start: ASAP
Duration: Approx. 3 months (with potential to extend)

Please note, the house is currently on the market for sale, so sitters must be comfortable with preparing the home for private viewings if and when scheduled.

I am ideally looking to secure a sitter who is happy to commit to the property until it is sold and settled. A minimum of 30 days’ notice will be provided once the arrangement is due to come to an end.

Duties include:

Caring for a ragdoll cat
Looking after a Shih Tzu x Maltese dog
Lawn mowing
Basic pool maintenance
Watering gardens
Keeping the home clean, tidy and well cared for

I’m seeking someone who:

Has previous house-sitting experience
Is comfortable with pets and outdoor tasks
Is clean, respectful and reliable

In return, you’ll enjoy:
