About this house sitting position in Bushland Beach

We have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home at beautiful Bushland Beach an outer suburb of Townsville. There is parking space for a caravan or Motor Home. We have recently moved here 4 months ago so we are still developing the gardens which will require watering and the 600 sq yard mowed. We are taking our puppy with us. There is a Coles shopping centre and other shops within walking distance. Bushland Beach Tavern is very close and right on the beach and there are medical, dentist and chemist facilities as well and an amazing fish shop known as the Pink Shop. Nearby is another suburb called North Shore which has a Bunnings and many other services and eateries. We are about 20 minutes away from the beautiful Strand Beach on Townsville foreshore which is a popular tourist attractions. There is a stinger net for safe swimming and don't forget the beautiful Magnetic Island a mere 20 minute ferry ride away.

Caroline and Cookie were an amazing couple, friendly and helpful. We had never left our young puppy with anyone before and they were so good with her and we felt confident that she would be looked after. Silva got to go on outings with them and we received photos from these. . We live on a small acreage with lots of gardens, plants, bird aviaries and the wild kookaburras that visit each day. Everything was looked after extremely well like it was their own. We would love to have them as house sitters again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing lovely caring people. We were a day late getting back because of an overseas plane problem and they were happy to stay another day interrupting their own travel plans. Silva is missing them already. 😚😻

Mindi the cat was delightful - worked out a routine first night and continued for the 10 days Loved looking after the plants and added bonus got to swim most days Easy to get into Townsville to spend time on the Strand and to bowl - thanks for the loan of the car , made it simpler Bruce and Helen”
