Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bthrooms and 1 x secure underground carspace.
We have a 6 yr old cocker spaniel 'Pinto' (Pinny) who is muched loved. We live in our apartment but airbnb it from time to time to make a little bit of income as we're both retired now. You can visit our airbnb page, just type in 3 Palms Apartment Byron Bay
We're going OS in Sept '26 for 4 weeks with our daughter and need a single or a couple to come and look after Pinny and Waffle (our daughters dog) as if they were your own. Waffle is an adorable 9 yr old blue roan cocker spaniel and both dogs have known each other since Pinny was a puppy. They are friendly, lovable and obedient, except for Waffy who will need to always be on a leash when on walks as he has a mind of his own esp when birds and water are around. Pinny on the other hand will need to be too but only because that's the law, he generally sticks by your side!
The 3 of us are precious dog parents who regard our dogs as important members of our family, so please don’t apply unless you understand and can relate to this. We need you to love dogs,be experienced with dog’s behaviours and happy to give our dogs everything they’re used to, minus us!
There’s a small area near the local sports grounds where we take them for ball chasing and accessible paths around all the streets for walks. We don't want them going to the beach as Waffle might swim to NZ! They will also need to be taken downstairs to the grassed areas for all toileting.
Our apartment is very modern, comfortable and safe.
We’re within walking distance to the centre of Byron where you’ll find everything Byron has to offer. We have 2 amazing restaurants downstairs, Pilates studio and an intimate bar along with high end fashion stores. Our apartment is quiet with a small outside garden and patio which gets some sun. You’ll also have access to a rooftop pool.
We have great neighbours so definately NO social gatherings or parties or loud noise after 10pm.
