We live in an over 50s gated resort Vantage Caboolture Riverfront in a very modern lowset free standing 3brm home with a small fenced yard. It has many facilities like indoor pool, ten pin bowling, Gym, library, tennis court, golf simulator, bowling green and so on. There are rules around use of these facilities in that a visitor needs to be accompanied by a homeowner which can be arranged although you can walk around the village and down through the park to the river. We have a 16year old inside cruisy friendly ragdoll cat Kaly, outdoor fish in 3 ponds on the patio and plants. Applicants cannot bring a pet with them and preferably be over 50. The Residents and Neighbours are very friendly and helpful. Parking available in a garage.
