About this house sitting position in California Gully, Bendigo

Our home is a modern brick veneer, well kept home on a large suburban block. California Gully is closest to the borough of Eaglehawk and just 10 minutes from the beautiful Bendigo town centre, arts precinct and gardens. We have a very spoilt 10 year old dog, Hurley. She is very well house trained and obedient, has run of house, however not allowed ever on furniture or to be fed from the table. She enjoys a daily walk, but we ask that she is not made to run as it takes a toll on her and it takes her some time to recover.
The requirements that we have for our house sitters in regard to our property are - no unauthorised visitors and no other animals. Regular lawn mowing and watering of gardens and pot plants will be required.
