About this house sitting position in Caloundra

We have been living in our unit for 12 months while we’ve been building a house and have made it feel very homely, which is ideal for a house sitter. The unit is a 2 bedroom unit in the back of a duplex with a secured back yard that can store a boat or caravan. The unit is centrally located just 400m to Bulcock beach cafes, restaurants and shops. There is ample car parking space however the garage is not available as it has storage in it.

All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans which make it very comfortable. The kitchen was renovated 18 months ago and the bathroom was renovated 6 months ago. Only 1 bedroom is available for staying in which has a king bed and large LED tv in it. The TV’s have multiple subscription platforms (Netflix, Amazon prime, stan, Disney). We have a kettle and gas bbq available with laundry and dryer also available.

We have 2 senior dogs and a cat. An 11yr old cattle dog (Dougie) and a 7 year old chocolate lab (Maggie) and a 5 yr old cat (Mollie). They’re very relaxed Senior dogs who sit at our feet all day after a walk along currimundi beach in the morning. They’re great on lead but love to sniff everything so this can require patience! The cat keeps to herself and may take time to warm to new visitors.
