About this house sitting position in CALOUNDRA WEST

Three bedroom, one level, free standing house in quiet street with garden.
Open plan living with lounge, dining, office and kitchen.
One driveway plus lawn for parking.
Garage has gym equipment in it.

A few minutes to walkways with parks and lakes.
Walk to the belvista tavern and iga.

Ten minutes drive to Caloundra town, stores, pools and local beaches.

Bus stop nearby.

One big main bedroom or single room.
The other room has a lodger who will be away from 1st to 25th June. She might pop in once or twice to pick up some things.

The dogs.
Mini fox terrier crosses. Male and female aged 12 and 13.
The female has arthritis and long standing knee problems so she cant be yanked on a lead. She also has medications which are easy to manage.
The male only has his liver supplement slathered in peanut butter.
Walking as one person and two dogs is not easy at first. For on leash walking around the lakes, I drag a doggie push chair and manage two dogs. When the female has had enough, I pop her in the pram and walking is then a breeze.

I'm looking for a professional retired couple who can spend time with them or a dedicated, mature, single person.

I d like references from previous dog sits and a police check.

I d also prefer if the dogs can sleep in the big room as in photos as it's security for them. So you d have to share unless this is an issue or you are solo and want the single room. Read more...
