High set modern home, built over several levels, so has stairs. Outdoor deck off kitchen, dining , lounge area with city glimpses. Office area available for use.
Has a tenanted flat attached at rear - one common wall, completely separate entry and quiet tenants.
Close to bus, parks, shops, cafes, some walking distance.
Air conditioned and gets lovely breezes.
Need to give dogs walks and cuddles, and water indoor and outdoor plants.
Prefer solo or couple sitters and work from home some days.

Prefer sitter who can do these dates and also 26th Jan - 22nd Feb 2026 and 11th -19th March 2026, but accept this might not be possible.
