About this house sitting position in Camp Hill

Seeking an experienced house sitter.
Frankie is a rescue cat who spends time inside and outside. He is nervous around new people. He requires fresh water and food twice daily. A brush during your stay.
Billy is a Schipperke. He will be nearly 2 years at the time of the house sit. He is very energetic and requires a walk and plenty of play daily. Detailed instructions will be provided on his walking needs but you must be comfortable around a young energetic dog he has a dominant personality at times. He will be moulting so a brush is required every couple of days. He will have treats and is fed twice daily.
We work 50 / 50 home / office.
Would prefer a person who will be home often. No night duty.
Small tidy fully fenced yard. It is expected dog poo will be collected. Should Frankie use his litter tray - cleaned.
Vacuum, wash floors, clean bathroom and take rubbish out on departure. Sweep patio as required. Nice balcony off bedroom to watch the sunset. Quiet neighbourhood.
Off street parking in the driveway available.
