Has a tenanted flat attached at rear - one common wall, completely separate entry and quiet tenants.
Close to bus, parks, shops, cafes.
Air conditioned and gets lovely breezes.
Need to give dogs daily walks and cuddles, and water indoor and outdoor plants.
Prefer solo or couple sitters and work from home some days.
