About this house sitting position in Canberra

Our house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern style (renovated in 2018) house with seperate living and lounge room. Beautiful views over the valley to the Brindabella mountains. We have a lovely outdoor deck which opens up from the living room. We back onto a small nature reserve and only have neighbours on either side of us who are very good. There is a double garage under (only one space available), a carport to the side of the house.
The pool is salt water and will look after itself pretty much. The yard and plants may need some watering depending on the weather. There are a lot of indoor plants which will need watering.
We have ducted aircondition and heating to make your stay very comfortable. You will sleep in the spare room which has a queen bed and is opposite the main bathroom and WC. Another bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom is set up as an office and available for use. The master bedroom is not available.

There are nine steps to get from the garage under to the main house level or a sloping driveway at the side with 3 steps at the rear.
