About this house sitting position in Cannonvale

Our home is located just 200 metres from the bus stop, with buses running most of the day into Airlie Beach. We are about 3 kilometres from the beach/ Airlie Beach. You will stay in our guest bedroom, right next to the main bathroom. We live in an estate, so if you have a car there is parking available in the visitor bay.
The bedrooms and living area are air-conditioned. This is a holiday destination with many water activities and walking trails nearby. We also have all the streaming services and Wi-Fi available for you to use.

Responsibilities:

Snoop ( recently retired greyhound) sleeps in the loungeroom and enjoys having someone at home with him. He is a very chilled dog and will often sleep for the majority of the day. Sometimes he will lie on the couch with you, and he loves cuddles and pats. He occasionally enjoys walks, but he is just as happy to lounge at home all day. We do not expect him to be walked, as he can get a bit anxious and may freeze. Spending time with him at home will meet his needs. He will also get random bursts of energy and play with his toy caterpillar. If you have a car, he enjoys car trips with the window down and going to the beach. He will need assistance getting into the car (lifting him). You can leave him at home for up to eight hours — he will most likely sleep. You can leave the TV on for him while you pop out or go sightseeing in the area.

Snoop requires one tablet in the morning to help with his anxiety. We usually hide it in his food or in a piece of buttered bread. He is fed twice a day, morning and night. Read more...
