About this house sitting position in CARINA

We are offering our comfortable home in Carina, a well-connected and leafy suburb approximately 10 km from Brisbane CBD. The area is close to Westfield Carindale, one of Brisbane's largest shopping centres, with excellent shopping, dining and entertainment options. Carina is also well serviced by public transport, with frequent bus routes to the city and surrounding suburbs, and is conveniently located near parks, walking and cycling paths, and outdoor recreation areas.

Our home features:
- Two large bedrooms
- A study/home office
- One bathroom (shower only)
- Spacious kitchen
- Off-street parking (driveway)
- A private backyard with space for a BBQ and outdoor relaxation

We are looking for a responsible and caring individual or couple to look after our two small dogs:
- Fox Terrier
- Jack Russell Terrier

The dogs are fed twice daily, with the option of providing an afternoon snack, but this is not a necessity. They are an important part of our family, so we are seeking sitters who genuinely enjoy the company of dogs and will give them plenty of attention and care.

The dogs are quite comfortable spending part of the day on their own, but they do need to be brought inside before dark. Like most Terriers, the urge to investigate, chase and occasionally wage war on cane toads, lizards and unsuspecting possums is simply too strong to resist. Keeping them indoors at night helps ensure they stay safe and out of trouble.

We would prefer a quiet, tidy and respectful person or couple who will treat our home as their own and leave it in the same condition as when they arrived. As we have older / retired neighbours on both sides of the property, this is not a suitable house sit for anyone wishing to host gatherings or parties.
