About this house sitting position in Carindale

We are looking for a reliable, caring house sitter to stay in our home and look after our brand new Groodle puppy while we’re away.

Unfortunate timing with her birth and a pre-booked holiday means we are looking for someone willing to be here with her for four nights while we are away.

Our home is a comfortable, modern two-storey brick house with four bedrooms and a swimming pool, located in a quiet family-friendly neighbourhood. You’ll have full use of the home (guest bedroom only with Queen bed) during your stay.

Our puppy will be around 10 weeks old, so this is best suited to someone with experience caring for young puppies. At this age she will require almost constant supervision while awake, as well as plenty of play, cuddles and regular toilet breaks.

We are looking for someone who is willing and able to:

* Stay in our home for the duration of the booking.
* Feed our puppy three times a day.
* Regular toileting throughout the day, plus overnight toilet trips as needed.
* Provide supervision, companionship and basic puppy care.
* Keep the house tidy and secure.

Because of our puppy’s age, this role is not suitable for someone who will be away from the house for long periods during the day. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who works from home, is retired, or otherwise spends most of their time at home.
