Hi, I have a newly renovated 1 brm villa I'm a small complex , backs onto reserve and faces burraneer park, close to cafe, shops, 15 walk to beach , walk to station.
I have a beautiful cavoodle Charlie who is now 15 yr old and deaf, aging gracefully and i would like someone to be home for nights to sleep, he sleeps most of day and has 2 small daily walks across the road at park, so your free to come and go. He is a sweet gentle loving boy.
There is no garage but a space to park.
