Comfy House is on one acre with one Golden Retriever girl that needs love and walking each day . Prefer sitters that can include her and be with her . Surf beach, river and store all nearby . This is a very quiet and comfy house with everything you need and a guest room with queen size bed . Attend to the garden whilst you are here too and we will be happy. Prefer mature active couple that will be with the dog most of the time especially at night.
