About this house sitting position in Carrara

Looking for someone to come look after my dog and two cats while I'm travelling.

Koda (the dog) is a kelpie x border collie. She is 5 years old. She loves going for walks, to the beach or to the dog park chasing a tennis ball. She is easy to take places and usually just sleeps in the car. She needs to be taken out two times a day (morning and afternoon) but is otherwise pretty chilled and likes to lazy about on the couch. She does get a bit of anxiety sometimes when left alone and would prefer someone who can work from home or who won't have to be away more than 4-5 consecutive hours.

Io and Loki (the cats) are pretty easy going, just want cuddles and food. They love being outside in the garden, but should only be outside under supervision.

I own a three bedroom townhouse situated in a quiet complex 2 minutes from the M1 in Carrara. Broadbeach is a 12 min drive and Robina Town Centre 10 min away. Complex has a pool and a BBQ area.

You'll be staying in the master bedroom which comes with a queen bed, bedside tables and a ceiling fan. There is a desk with monitor downstairs in the living area that you're welcome to use as well. There is off street parking available for one car and plenty of street parking. There's a sofa bed in the third bedroom, so also works for two friends.

Bathroom has just been renovated with a walk in shower and a bathtub. There are two separate toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs. Kitchen comes with all the usual appliances. Living area has AC. There is a lovely little backyard and patio area which is one of my favourite parts of the house. Separate laundry in the garage which has both washing machine and dryer.

You will be sharing the house with my roommate. She works full time in the film and spends a lot of time away on projects, so she may or may not be be here during this time. Read more...
