Dog & House Sitter Wanted – Carrum Downs / Mornington Peninsula

We’re looking for a reliable and caring house sitter to look after our home and our friendly 18-month-old Labrador, Bodh over a weekend.

Bodhi is affectionate, energetic and thrives on routine. He loves human company and will need two good walks each day (1.5–2 hours total), along with feeding, playtime and companionship. He’s a social, easygoing dog and great company, so this would suit someone who enjoys dogs and an active daily routine.

About the home & location:
Our home is a spacious double-storey, 4-bedroom house in a quiet part of Carrum Downs. You’ll have a comfortable guest bedroom and your own bathroom/toilet, plus access to a secure, enclosed garden.

We’re well located to explore the Mornington Peninsula, with beaches, parks, cafes and wineries all within easy reach, and good access into Melbourne.

About Bodhi:
Friendly, well-socialised young Labrador
Needs 1.5–2 hours of walking daily
Can be left for up to 5 hours
Sleeps in his crate at night
Enjoys fetch and being around people
Walks well on lead (can pull if excited)
Typical Lab – will chew socks/shoes if left out
Relaxed and affectionate once exercised

We’re looking for someone who is:
Responsible, tidy and trustworthy
Experienced with dogs (especially larger breeds)
Able to provide daily exercise, care and company
Happy to provide references

Ideally suited to someone who is home a good part of the day and happy to keep Bodhi’s routine consistent.
