About this house sitting position in Carseldine

4 bedroom home with family living quarters upstairs and a guest room downstairs with king size bed and ensuite where the sitter would stay.
House has a decent sized pool (10m x 4m) and is well secured with a fence around the whole section.

Because we have 1 x dog and 1 x cat, we require a sitter while we head overseas for a month. The cat is very low maintenance, and spends his time upstairs away from the dog with a baby gate to seal it off.
The dog is a small breed who just requires a daily walk around the block, but does need companionship.

Pool may need a few runs on the pool cleaner and plants may need the occasional water over the summer period.

House is 400m walking distance to Carseldine train station.
Netflix, Prime Video, Kayo Sports and high speed Wifi all setup.

“Tom made sure everything for our comfort and well being was taken care of before he left on his holiday. Tom gave a detailed précis of the pets habits, likes and dislikes so we had a point of reference whilst the family were away. Tom made sure the neighbours knew who we were and we were welcomed by them and treated nicely. We had a few over the fence chats due to Tom’s etiquette. We clicked with the cats and had a very welcoming and comfortable time. The cats are gorgeous , they were following us around by the end of the house sit. Tom couldn’t do enough to make us welcome in their home and neighbourhood. Brilliant house sit!”
