Lovely modern 4b house; two bedrooms set up (+ 3rd sofabed); study; media room-large TVs; nice outdoor area. 5 mins drive to shops/fast foods/ groceries/ chemist etc. Cleaner comes fortnightly. Low maintenance cat (poos outside), but loves pats and sitting on laps at night time. Coffee machine; ice-maker fridge; large open plan kitchen/living/dining; 2 bathtubs; green spaces/parks nearby. Close to major arterial roads, but very quiet street. 22 mins to airport; 12 mins drive to Westfield Chermside (bars, cinemas etc); 33 mins to Brisbane CBD. 10 min drive to Train station. Indoor plants quick and easy to water.
