About this house sitting position in Cashmere

We live on a quiet 6 acres backing on to conservation park, only 15 minutes drive to Samford village and 20 minutes to Dayboro and scenic drives. 7 minutes to local shopping centre. 2 homes on the property, my mother lives in one home and Pete and I live in the other. Our animals are 3 lorikeets (mostly of geriatric age!)2 in aviaries and 1 companion lorikeet, Smeagle who is happy to spend divided time here and at my mums:) No house animals. Beautiful views and clean tank water. We have good Telstra phone reception and Skymuster internet, not lightening speed, but enough to work from home. Lorikeets need feeding a.m and p.m. but mum is happy to do some of the feeds if you can’t be here all of the time. The house overlooks the property with sensational views of the mountains and conservation park (attached photos). House is best suited for 2, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Very private,but my mother who lives in the other home is there most of time should you need anything.
Some experience with aviary birds is helpful but not necessary.
