About this house sitting position in Castle Hill

Our house is a split level tropical design in a quiet leafy street at the base of Castle Hill. We have a double garage that can house one car and a carport with a garden shed, the driveway to which measures 9.4 meters and would accommodate most caravans if desired.

We have a 12 month old border collie, Duke who is full of energy and loves plenty of attention and a romp at the beach or walk every day.

Our garden is tropical, primarily with natives, palms and a few fruit trees ( sadly no success with fruit as yet!). We have some irrigation systems set up but there are some spots and hanging plants that require manual watering every second day. We would appreciate any weeding you can manage and the collection of palm fronds into a garden waste disposal bag for which we will arrange a regular collection. There is a small area of lawn that will require regular mowing.

Our pool is salt water and requires testing every 2weeks over summer and any recommended chemicals added as per our local pool shop advice at our expense. Duke loves the pool as well!
