About this house sitting position in CASTLEMAINE

During the house sit you would be looking after the house and our 3 dogs (2 Pharaoh Hounds and an Brittany Spaniel). All are very friendly and love snuggling on the couch! We generally run them in secured garden, which means then don't need to be taken on walks daily. They also have their own dog house/run for sleeping and when you are out.

We moved from Melbourne over 10 years ago to enjoy the country lifestyle and this area of the Central Goldfields is fantastic. If you love the country, great local food/produce, markets and a bustling arts scene this could be the perfect house sit!

Our house is located about a 10-15 minute drive outside of Castlemaine and under 10 minutes from Maldon, Victoria (small town called Walmer - car would be necessary). The architect designed house is on 20 acres (within bushland), consisting of two pavilions - one with the main bedroom, ensuite, powder room, laundry and an open plan living/kitchen/dining area. The living area has panoramic views of the bush towards Mount Tarrengower. The second pavilion has another bedroom, bathroom, WC and small gym.
