About this house sitting position in Caulfield north

A single story two bedroom unit with a small front garden and smaller backyard. I live very near to a large leash free park (only 3-4 minutes away on foot), which my dog loves. I have a four year old very bright toy poodle and a year old sassy British Short Hair cat. So I need someone who loves both cat and dog, and able to take a walk with my dog at least twice a day, as well as taking care of my cat’s needs - cleaning the cat litter box at least twice a day, and feeding both wet food and dry kibbles, and extra treats. Taking care of the garden, weeding would be appreciated, and keeping the house clean as you do for your own place. Oil painting for the timber fence on a sunny day would be appreciated. All other house rules and suggestions will be written and prepared.
