About this house sitting position in Chambers Flat

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, low set brick on 3 acres in a semi-rural area. Being semi-rural, we are on tank water so we need to be careful with water usage. Main duties would be to care for our animals. The back patio is fully enclosed with cat mesh so that the cats cannot get out. This is mainly feeding them and cleaning the litter trays as they are low maintenance! Maybe top up the water in the fishpond and the birdbath if necessary. As we live in a semi-rural area, there is little to do garden wise. My succulents, on the back patio and front verandah, would probably only need watering once while we are away. You would not be expected to be here 24/7 as we are often out during the day or some evenings. We are about 10 minutes from the nearest small shopping centre (Park Ridge) and about 20 from a bigger centre (Browns Plains). We are about an hour from the Gold Coast and 2 hours from the Sunshine Coast.
