About this house sitting position in CHARNWOOD

We have a 4 bed/2 bath house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in suburban Canberra. A couple mins walk from the bus stop, 10 mins drive to Belconnen town centre, 20 mins drive to Canberra CBD. Plenty of great walking tracks nearby. Ducted reverse cycle heating throughout the house ensures comfort in winter. We have finished an extension and some renovations of the house within the last year and some of our landscaping is still work in progress so we do not expect any garden maintenance during the housesit. There's a concreted caravan space fenced off within the backyard. Our friendly cat Loco will be keeping you company and we expect twice daily feeding and daily cleaning of the litter tray to keep him happy. Ideally we are looking for a mature single female or couple that respects the space and enjoys the company of our cat.
