Modern 2 story townhouse close to the beach and parks with all the modern conveniences. Features 2 bedrooms upstairs and home office separate to living area downstairs. Walking distance to public transport, beach, parks, supermarket and cafes/restaurants.
Ideally looking for a mature single/ couple that is a non-smoker/vaper that is honest, caring, reliable and trustworthy to enjoy my home and care for my two dogs (chihuahuas) whilst away.

“What an absolutely delightful stay I had. I flew over from Perth for this sit and Belinda could not have been more accommodating, helpful and communicative. A truly thoughtful and generous host. She left detailed information about the dogs and house.
And I was totally smitten with Phoebe and Hugo. They accepted and loved me right from the start and were my constant companions and so easy to care for. Tiny bundles of pure delight.
Not having a car was not a problem at all. Walking distance to lots of eateries, supermarket, beach and train that goes straight into the CBD.
Thank you Belinda for your exceptional hospitality and regular contact and delightful home in a quiet and safe area. And for introducing me to the wonderful world of Chihuahuas.
