Location is in Chelsea VIC 15 minutes walk to Chelsea beach, 5 minutes walk to Wetlands area. All shopping and amenities are close at hand. Unit is single level in a block of 9 ground floor units. Neighbours are friendly. Area is a family area, extremely quiet and very safe. Parking is available.

1 Bedroom, 1 study large, lounge and dinning, kitchen and laundry. Single bathroom and seperate toilet plus outdoor undercover area. You only need to bring yourself.

Looking after 1 dog, 9 years old. She is friendly and does not bark unless a stranger comes to the door. Needs at least 1 walk per day. She can be left on her own during the day. Area is secure and only access is via front door.

No garden care required.

Has undercover area in the rear and is fully paved. No steps.
