HOUSE/ PET SIT IN RETURN FOR ACCOMMODATION. We have a 2-bedroom unit; however, 1 bedroom is used for the office. The unit is open and light. We have the usual appliances, internet and streaming services.
Jasmine, palms and greenery surround the enclosed courtyard with a spa. The area also has an open fireplace and BBQ. There is also a small lawn area, with a surrounding garden, which requires very little maintenance. The property is enclosed for privacy and has a gate entrance that can be locked for security. There is a watering system for the majority of the garden, however some plants will need to be watered with the hose and cared for by hand. We are 400 metres from beautiful Chelsea beach. We are also a short walk to surrounding parks, including Bicentennial Park, bike trails, walking trails, a supermarket, shops, a hotel and restaurants. The train station and buses are about 300 metres away. Large shopping centres and cinemas are a short train or car ride away. You would be caring for our gorgeous 16 year old Jack Russell cross, Charlie. She requires daily medication for mild anxiety, now that she is a senior. Otherwise, she is very low maintenance, playful and affectionate and tends to sleep most of the day. She enjoys a short walk most days. We have a dog pram that we take with us for when she has run out of energy. She particularly loves a walk on the beach early in the morning; however, if it's too hot, too cold or rainy, she is rather precious and would prefer to stay inside. She loves humans and wants to be where you are. She is definitely a house dog and needs to sleep in her own bed, in the bedroom with you. She loves to sunbake in the window. If you are out, she is perfectly comfortable being left at home for short periods. We are looking for someone who works from home, is retired, or is at home most of the time, as she will become anxious if left for too long. This position would suit a couple or a single person.
