About this house sitting position in Cheltenham

We have a 13 year old Tibetan Terrier by the name of Banjo who would like a walk each day if possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, (2 with king beds and one with a singe) two bathrooms, two living areas, study, double garage, a bbq. There is air conditioning in the main living area and the main bedroom. We have NBN which provides good wifi coverage, smart TV's x 2, Foxtel, Netflix, Stan and Apple TV. It is not a large property but we will provide garden maintenance once during the stay and there is irrigation for the garden. All linen and towels are provided as well as all condiments and essentials for the kitchen and laundry. All food necessary for the dog will be provided as well. There is also a car for the use of qualified drivers over 30. There are many bush walks in the area. It is a 10 minute walk to the station and a short drive to several shopping centres. It is a 35 minute train ride to the centre of Sydney. Unfortunately as Banjo is nearly blind, I don't think I could accept any sitters with dogs.
