About this house sitting position in Cheltenham

Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house.

5 - 10 minute walk from the Cheltenham train station and the Station St shopping precint which includes cafes, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, laundromat, pharmacist plus more.

20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Southland Shopping Centre and Village Cinemas.

5 minute drive to Mentone Beach.

5 minute drive to Cheltenham and Victoria golf courses.

We require care for our two dogs and two cats.

We have a 5 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, Clover, and a 5 year old Blue Heeler x Kelpie, Pippa. While they are very friendly and affectionate, they can be quite boisterous and playful. The dogs must be outside when no one is home, as Clover can be destructive when left alone, but they love to be inside and on the couch with people, and to sleep inside.

We ask that they get a daily walk, minimum of 30 minutes if possible, this is in your best interest as you will find Clover is a lot calmer when she has been exercised, however we understand this may not be able to be achieved every day.

Clover pulls on the lead, though it is manageable, she has great recall and is great with other dogs and there are a number of parks nearby where she can be let off to run around. Pippa is a little less friendly with other dogs so we would ask she stays on lead and doesnt interact with other dogs, which shouldn't be a problem as she is very well behaved on lead.

We ask the dogs are fed twice daily.

Our two cats, Harvey and Jasper, are our very low maintenance indoor cats. Jasper is very shy with new people and you likely won't see much of him, but Harvey is very friendly and cuddly. The cats get fed twice a day, and they have an automatic litter, meaning you will only need to empty the waste bin once during your stay, the robot will take care of the rest.

We have no garden to maintain and we will water the house plants before we leave. Read more...
