About this house sitting position in Chermside

Hello! I live in a one bedroom/one bathroom apartment in Chermside. I am a few blocks west of the Westfield Shopping Centre and it is a lovely area.

I am looking for either a solo female or retired couple to mind my home and look after my two gorgeous cats. Joe, is a sweet tuxedo boy who loves attention from his humans but will happily sleep the day away in one of his many spots throughout the apartment. Audrey, is timid with new people at first but once you win her over she will become your little ginger shadow. They are allowed on the balcony however only when someone is home and can make sure they’re not up to any mischief.

I would like someone who understands cat behaviour as Audrey can get overstimulated at times. She does give plenty of warning signs. She also does not like loud noises but is such a sweet kitty when around a calm presence.

I am on the sixth floor of my apartment building which has two lifts. The building is quiet and has a great entertaining area on the top floor (BBQ, seating, common room etc). There are visitor parks as well as street parking. There is also plenty of buses that pass through that’ll take you wherever you need to go. Westfield is approx a 10 minute walk or a couple of minutes in the car.

You will have access to the internet, streaming services through Google Home, aircon/ceiling fan in the living room, ceiling fan in the bedroom and a small dishwasher that sits on top of the washing machine. Sorry, no dryer but there is a wall mounted drying rack on the balcony.
