Acreage living, with easy access to highway. Easy drive to Brisbane city and only 50 minutes to the Gold Coast. Large 4 bedroom , 2 bathroom lowest brick home. My home is clean and well maintained. The bedrooms and living areas have air-conditioning. The kitchen is huge for anyone that loves to cook. There is a family room and rumpus with a pool table. There is an undercover out door living area and a fire pit area for a fire on cool nights. Single carport will be available and plenty of room to park a caravan and /or boat. WIFI and pay TV available.
We require someone that can look after our dog, a very over excited Labrador (Arthur). He is an outside only dog and just needs a bit of attention, a ball thrown for him, and loves to take a walk. Most importantly to be fed, he is always hungry. I am also looking for someone that does not mind a bit of gardening, just watering the pot plants and vegie patch, which you are welcome to utilise. I will also need someone that is willing to run the mower around, both push and ride on mower available.
